If you are in Sydney over the Christmas and New Year period, join us in our annual Christmas Yoga Urban Intensives from 27-30 Dec. Close the year with gratitude and get ready to start the new year focused and clear with these themed yoga classes.

ENERGISE – Warrior Power Flow (27-Dec)
Activate your muscles and move in this flowing practice focusing on strength, moving with breath, building a solid foundation and energizing the entire body.

BALANCE – Standing Poses & Core Strength (28-Dec)
Cultivating concentration, stamina and patience this workshop offers the opportunity for the body and mind to work together to connect to your base and find your center.

DETOX – Twists, Forward Bends & Backbends (29-Dec)
Nourish the body and rinse the mind with a practice to increase vitality, energy and boost of flow of energy around the body. Move the spine and find more length, strength and release for a total body cleanse.

ACTIVE RECOVERY – Mobility and Slow Movement (30-Dec)
Improve flexibility and open the body combining breath, yin yoga postures and to turn “on” and “off” the muscles to ease tightness and release tension.

Transcend the body and mind and move into a new level of practice with these special yoga workshops.Attend all four or pick your favourite. Space is limited and previous workshops have sold out so please book early to avoid disappointment.
