Description

Explore The World Upside Down
with Kula Teacher Stephanie Williams

Have you ever felt the clarity and space that comes from going upside down?

Learn step by step the process of never having gone upside own to the biomechanics of controlling a handstand or forearm balance. Explore the ability to 'float' with control instead of jumping forward and back in your practice.

This two-hour session will allow you to:
  • Practice adjustments to common postures that will build more strength and stability, allowing you to go into inversions with confidence.
  • Start moving past the fears and obstacles that have been blocking your way.
  • Lose the heaviness by learning to float forward and back with lightness and control.
  • Learn take-home tools to help you move away from the wall and continue to advance your inversions practice.
  • Laugh and have fun playing with inversions at your own pace.
You will leave this workshop feeling strong and empowered with the confidence to explore the world upside down.

This workshop is for you if you:
  • Have always wanted to try inversions but never had the confidence or belief you were ready.
  • Already have an established practice and now want to slow down, control the movements and work towards new variations.
  • Would like to learn more about your body, to build greater connection and explore your true ability.
When: Saturday June 24, 2-4pm
Investment: $40 (Kula Tribe $32)

All levels, everyone welcome! Limited space, bookings essential.
