These Beginners Level 1 & 2 Courses are ideal for those with little or no yoga experience. Learn the fundamental principles of Hatha Yoga including breath work, posture, alignment, relaxation and concentration. Beginners courses are held on Tuesdays evenings.
Level 1 6.00-7.15pm
Level 2 7.30-8.45pm.
