Description

'The Power of The Breath'

Yoga is union. The union of Body, Breath and Mind forms the first ‘rung’ on the yoga ladder. But how aware are you of your breath during your asana practice-and how much importance do you give to the quality of your breath? Breath is the vehicle of prana. Unless the breath is free to move, prana cannot move freely, and the benefits of our practice are lost. For the breath to be consistent and subtle, we must truly inhabit the meaning of asana in each pose-that is each posture must be steady, and comfortable-with no strain. Join Flo at Sukha Mukha Yoga for a two day exploration of making breath the focus of your practice-and be challenged in a whole new way!
