In the first session, improve your flexibility, open your heart centre and feel your positive energy rise. During the workshop, you will practice conscious breathing, Yin Yoga postures, mindfulness meditation (anapanasati), and deep conscious relaxation (guided Yoga Nidra). By the end of this session you will feel deeply nourished, restored and inspired.
During the second transformative session, you will explore the mindful integration of physical movements with conscious breath and clear attention. Through regular daily practice, the body becomes stronger yet leaner, and the mind more focussed with steady, calm intention. This sessions integrates Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.
In this deeply introspective third yin yoga session will include practices to compassionately awaken the body, heart and mind. These simple practices can be repeated at home regularly, creating your own personal sadhana or meditation practice, thereby deepening your capacity to draw upon compassionate acceptance for peace of mind.
