Mums, Bub’s n Toddlers Yoga Classes are for Mums with children aged between 3 months and 3 years old. These classes are a great way to share quality time with your toddler, meet other mums and get fit at the same time!
Yoga is ideal for Mums looking to strengthen their bodies and calm their minds. An opportunity to do something nurturing for yourself whilst bonding with your child in a playful, healthy way. To be the best parent we can be, we must look after ourselves first and yoga is a wonderful way to learn how to do that. It can bring balance and peace into our lives so that we can share that with our children. It also provides an opportunity to meet other mums in a non-competitive, non-judgemental environment. A time to come together, create new friendships and feel supported on your journey of motherhood.
For infants, this is a beautiful introduction to interacting socially with other children without any pressure to be anything other than themselves. Babies are natural yogis, all born with tremendous flexibility. Yoga can help maintain this whilst also building strength in their developing bodies. Yoga can also help improve sleep patterns, digestion, constipation and colic.
Dad’s, Grandparents, Carers and siblings are also welcome to attend our Mums, Bubs n Toddlers classes. Yoga really is for every BODY so come along, make new friends and share this valuable gift with your precious child.This is an opportunity to do something nurturing for yourself whilst bonding with your child.

Class Time: 12.15pm – 1.15pm
$150.00 (10 week term) with additional children/carers at a discounted rate of $7.50 per class
Trial Class – $20.00
