Read moreYoga is an ancient and holistic healing practice. The 90 minute Bikram Hot Yoga Beginners' Series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is structured to be accessible to people of all ages and states of health.
Our yoga series is a dynamic and restorative practice, designed to create maximum therapeutic benefit, both physical and mental, as quickly as possible.
Classes are held in a specially heated, ventilated and humidified room to create a healing hyperthermic reaction in your body. The 90 minute class has healed thousands of people world-wide over more than 40 years. The original class has remained 90 minutes as this is the time required to achieve maximum healing benefit.
The class begins with the standing series and requires just under 60 minutes to elevate your heart rate, metabolic rate, core temperature as well as create mental discipline. During the final floor series, the heart and metabolic rates begin to lower but your core temperature remains safely elevated to continue deeper physiological healing.
We understand that life places different demands on each of us but when you commit to a regular and consistent practice, whether it is once a week or everyday, you will begin to notice a remarkable difference in your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
