Backbend Workshop

Combat depression, experience lightness and a deep internal

focus with the wonderful and all empowering Backbends.

Learning the backbends builds courage, will power and a deep sense of achievement at meeting your edge.  

During this session we will lead up to the backbends through standing and hip opening asana's, finishing off with a restorative session and sitting meditation.

Students are always encouraged to work to their own ability, there are the basics of the poses to explore and props for support, so you will  have something interesting to work with.

A backbend session always lightens the mood and are challenging and fun, so I look forward to you joining me.
