Yin Yoga Workshop by Sarah Corbett

Sarah's October Yin Yoga workshop will focus on a deeper Yin practice, progressing into a completely new sequence of Yin poses. Everything in the workshop will be carefully personalised to suit the needs of each individual and is therefore suitable either for both experienced practitioners and absolute beginners. ??You will be learning the three main principals in Yin postures as well as enjoying a practical exploration of the functions and dysfunctions of chi - the life force energy. ??

You will learn to guide the breath through pranayama during the yoga sequences, bringing your energy back to balance as well as creating a more refined sense of energy.??You will also find your capacity for deep contemplation and attunement to the body's sensitivities will be refined through a mindful practice of meditative awareness.

You'll be learning from Sarah Corbett, a certified Yin Yoga teacher, Level 2 member of Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance USA, who has studied with leading teachers in the field, including the internationally renowned Sarah Powers.
