Teenage Yoga for boys and girls

+ Classes are open to boys and girls aged 15-17 years. Yoga is well-known for its many benefits - both physical and mental - and provides a valuable tool for teenagers.

These benefits include:

* Classes in Term 2 2023 will run from 4:30pm-5:30pm on Tuesdays in the Studio. (Starting May 2, 2023)

* 9-week term is $180
