All classes are carefully planned to enable students to advance. 

Beginners 1, Beginners 2, Level 1 and  Level 2 courses are all mapped out on a term by term basis. Each term covers various aspects of a yoga practice. From action and observation to intensity and intension each course offers content that is  appropriate and easily understood.

The method of Iyengar Yoga is aimed at progressing students to become physically stronger and mentally and emotionally more resilient.

Courses and Levels are important.

We all need to learn from the beginning, step by step, developing understanding and commitment.
