Conducted in a hatha-vinyasa style to awaken the body for the weekend ahead. Held in Harvest Park (weather and light permitting) or inside Mungo Scott.
Mana Yoga - strong/advanced level. No beginners or pregnant students please.
Mixed (Level 1/2) Class: for regular practitioners, walk-ins accepted.
Levels 1 - 4 Classical style includes stretching, relaxation, postures, breath exercises & meditation - graded system to prepare ones body systematically.
General - Suitable for those with some understanding of the Iyengar Yoga method
This is a general yoga class catering for beginners, intermediate and advanced students
A dynamic, strong flowing practice, focusing on creative sequencing, mudra, mantra, chanting and dialogue. Yoga experience is recommended.
