Power Vinyasa- 90 min
A dynamic, strong flowing practice, focusing on creative sequencing, mudra, mantra, chanting and dialogue. Yoga experience is recommended.
Mixed (Level 1/2) Class: for new and regular students, walk-ins accepted.
General - Suitable for those with some understanding of the Iyengar Yoga method
A smooth, balanced flowing practice, focusing on posture to posture, breath to breath, alignment, movement, meditation. For beginners to more experienced yogis
Introductory Course : first weekend of every second month - January, March, May, July, September, November. For students new to yoga.
A slow, mindful flowing practice, focusing on breath awareness then moving into longer holds in yin poses, breathwork meditation.
Mana Yoga - all levels. Class includes yin yoga, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra.
Foundation (Level 1) Class: walk-in students accepted.
