Part of an international non-for-profit organisation, our Yoga in Daily Life Centre is a spacious venue offering a genuine urban retreat; a truly peaceful place to relax, unwind, restore health and fitness, and regain balance in daily life.

See the timetable below for our many class options according to the system of Yoga in Daily Life. All Yoga in Daily Life classes include the practice of traditional yoga postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation.

A Science of Body, Mind, Consciousness and Soul

The System Yoga in Daily Life is designed in such a way that the body is gradually and systematically prepared, leading from simple preparatory exercises towards the more advanced. Relaxation, breathing / pranayam and meditation are also included in each Yoga class.

Our timetable is divided in to Gentle Yoga, Intermediate and Advanced level Yoga classes and is structured as follows:

Gentle Yoga Classes - Level 1

Sarva Hitta Asanas meaning good for everyone regardless of age, fitness, weight or health. Exercises, breathing, relaxation and meditation designed to bring  balance and harmony to body, mind and soul. Movements are united with the breath to focus the mind, improve concentration, release stress, rejuvenate joints, relax muscles, and improve  flexibility, circulation and digestion.

Intermediate Class Levels 2 to 5

More classical Yoga postures which exert a far reaching effect on all bodily functions as well as the mind, in this way it can be observed the Asanas not only influence the body but also ones entire being, giving one the tools to bring balance to daily life.

Advanced Class Levels 5 to 8

A stronger class requiring developed concentration, flexibility and strength. Yoga postures are combined with a deeper pranayam and meditation practice.

For the spiritual seekers we also have regular Satsangs and dinner evenings. Satsang means to be in the company of those seeking Truth. It is a Returning to the Essence of Yoga, and is weekly inspiration to remind each of us of our journey back to Wholeness, the re-union of our Self with the Divine. The program consists of music, mantras, meditation, prayer, philosophical talks and discussion, and fellowship of like-minded people, followed by a delicious vegetarian dinner.
