Accreditation

You will receive a Meditation Facilitator Certificate when you successfully complete the retreat. For yoga teachers and other wellness professional, you will be entitled to claim 40hrs CPD points.

Schedule / Itinerary

Meditation Facilitator Training Schedule

Please note: We recommend participants arrive a day in advance to ensure timely transfers to the venue. Because this training is an intensive course, there are limited opportunities for shopping and sight-seeing and we recommend extending your stay in Bali either before or after the Meditation Facilitator Training if you wish to spend time on these activities.

Each day will be a little different as we enjoy extra activities such as dolphin watching, jungle treks and temple visits. A sample day will look like this: 

 

Wednesday 20th July

10am - 1pm Air-con cars collect from Denpasar airport or your accommodation in Ubud. Transfer to the venue in Tejakula, North Bali (3-4 hrs from airport, 2-3hrs from Ubud)
4:00pm Nurturing practice, making new friends and introduction.
7:00pm Dinner and rest
   

Thursday 21st July - Tuesday 26th July

7-9:00am  Yoga and Meditation Practice
9:00-10:00am  Breakfast followed by free time to relax, swim and meditate
12:30pm Yoga Nidra: Deep Relaxation Practice
1pm-4pm 
Lunch and free time for optional activities
4-7:00pm  Afternoon Study and practice
 7:00pm Dinner & rest

 

Wednesday 27th July

7-9:00am  Yoga and Meditation Practice
9:00-10.00am  Breakfast 
11am-1.00pm Integration & Yogic Relaxation/Meditation
1:00pm  Lunch and prepare for departure
2:30pm  Depart for Ubud/Airport


 
 
Optional Activities
You can use your free time each day to relax, study, practice meditation, socialise with the group or enjoy a massage in the on-site spa. There will also be opportunities for special activities including:
 
  • Visit to Balinese healer
  • Visit to local village and temple
  • Jungle trek to one of Bali's most spectacular waterfalls
  • Balinese cooking class
