Each class includes:
- breathing techniques to ease the mind and open the body
- poses to steady the joints and open tight muscles
- relaxation techniques to soothe and settle
Classes are suitable for all stages of pregnancy and all levels of fitness and experience.
Your teacher is Alison Sykes, a yoga practitioner throughout her own two pregnancies, and qualified prenatal yoga instructor.
$75 for 5 week course. Missed classes may be made up at general classes taught by prenatal qualified instructors, or applied to private session fees.
