Mums with Bubs

Mums with Bubs 6 week yoga course is a class especially for mums in the post-partum period. This class will help you re-connect with your body while spending special time getting to know your baby and meeting and sharing your experiences with other mums. The practice will help you release tight muscles in your shoulders and back, reconnect with the strength in your core, shoulders and pelvic floor, improve your ability to maintain good posture and breathing while caring for your new baby and provide opportunities to rest, relax and re-juvenate.
