Mum and Me: Yoga for Mums and Bubs
This six week series for you and your baby will help you to connect again with your body , bond with your baby, release tension and relax, and meet other new mums.
The focus is on you, reconnecting and strengthening your pelvic floor and core strength muscles in the post-natal period.
The course is suitable for babies from 6 weeks to mobile and for mothers from around 6 to 8 weeks after birth, with your doctor’s approval (it may be longer after a cesarean, discuss with your doctor and trust your own body).
The course can be repeated several times if you like.
Bring a rug for baby to lie on during class. We provide mats but you are welcome to bring your own.
