How would it feel to have more space in your physical body? More space in your mind? More space in you life? More space in your heart? Our modern lifestyle and culture does not allow a lot of room for space in our lives. Our lives seem to be getting busier and busier and this is translating in to a huge increase in physical tension, illness, anxiety, stress and depression. There seems to be less room for joy, ease, contentment, fun and freedom in body and mind.
How would it feel to learn and focus on practices that create space in your body, ease in your mind and openness in your heart?
Tim and Alex will take you through a series of physical, meditative and philosophical teachings and practices to create more space literally and figuratively in your being.
In the first half of the Workshop Tim will teach us how creating space in our joints instantly improves flexibility and strength. You will be given a basic dynamic joint mobility sequence that you can add to your home practice.
Tim's vast experience as an exercise therapist and yoga teacher combined with Alexandra's experience as a yoga, meditation and embodiment teacher make a strong, knowledgable and passionate team.
In the second half of the workshop Alex will guide you through a yoga flow and meditation that focuses on creating space in other areas of your life.
