10 weeks: $170
casual rate: $18 per class
Numbers are strictly limited and bookings are essential.
Learn some fun yoga moves, including partner / acroyoga work. Learn techniques to improve mental focus, relaxation, empowerment, body awareness, spinal alignment, & self-confidence. Improve balance, strength and feel calm. Improve connection with the self and others. Increase energy and feel good!
