Kids yoga & acroyoga
(4-7yrs) Term 1, 2023
7 Mondays - Feb 13th - April 3rd 2023 (no class on Mon March 6th Public Holiday)
4:15pm - 4:45pm
Cost:
7 weeks: $105 or $95 early bird by Jan 10th

casual rate: $16 per class
Numbers are strictly limited and bookings are essential.
Learn some fun yoga moves, including partner / acroyoga work, fun creative movement games and play to increase flexibility, strength and keep healthy. Kids can have fun with playful techniques to improve mental focus with breathing exercises for meditation and relaxation. Little people can improve body awareness, spinal alignment, & self-confidence.
Yoga and acroyoga improves balance for the body and mind. It calms the nervous system and supports emotional stability. Improve connection with the self and others through this fun practice.
