Give yourself a weekend away to retreat from the busyness and responsibilities of daily life so that you can slow down and tune in to your mind, body and soul

This retreat will include:
Yang yoga: Flowing and dynamic with a focus on building strength to stabilise joints and calming the busy mind through breath/ body and mind awareness.
Yin yoga: Slow, cool and supported, creating positive change in the fascia, ligaments and joints.
Both the yin and the yang approach will calm the nervous system, switching on the parasympathetic: rest and digest response.
Yoga Nidra: Guided deep relaxation
Plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful pool & spa, to read or walk through the vinyards
