At our school, we are committed to spread the system of YOGA constantly by making it more accessible, affordable so that you can benefit from this ageless and timeless system of YOGA.
Class Format
Each class is 90 minutes long and focuses on following limbs of YOGA:
- Asana - Yoga poses - concentrating on physical body,
- Pranayama - Breathing Exercise - concentrating on breath body,
- Raj Yoga - Meditation - concentrating on mental body,
- Mantra Chanting - concentrating on emotional body, &
- Yoga Nidra - Yogic Relaxation - complete rejuvenation by lowering heart rate.
You can join 1day/week, 2 days/week, 3 days/week, 4 days/week or all 5 days/week depending on your level of commitment.
