Are you feeling stressed, burnt out and feel trapped in the daily mundane of life. Wish you could spend your SUNDAY differently. Then mark these two dates in your calendar and give yourself a DAY OFF from all those commitments and responsibilities and NOW it’s the time to YOURSELF. Come and immerse yourself in the spiritual journey of YOGA and feel RECHARGED, REJUVENATED and RE-ENERGIZED at all levels including PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL and PSYCHIC level. No prior experience of yoga is required.
The purpose of the one-day retreat is to understand and practice the meaning of the word YOGA which means union of five layers of human being which were never divided in the first place but the modern life style brings that separation. In this retreat, you will learn & practice the simple but powerful techniques targeting i.e. physical body, breath (prana) body, mental body, emotional body and spiritual body. So the retreat will start with gentle & transformational hatha yoga targeting the physical body, learning & practising breathing techniques targeting the prana body, learning & practising meditation techniques targeting the mental body, learning & practising simple chanting targeting the emotional body and finally bringing the union in Yoga Nidra – recharging all the bodies.
The guiding principle of the day revolves around the following step-by-step method:
\ Re-engagement of physical body with breath awareness by practicing hatha yoga;
\ Re-activating & recharging the prana body– the vital force by practicing Pranayama;
\ Re-energizing and Revitalizing the mental body by practicing Meditation;
\ Finally bringing the harmony, all-pervading peace and unison with yourself by being in center – stabilization, calmness & equilibrium of all the bodies by practicing Bhakti Yoga & Yoga Nidra.
