Yoga Nidra, which is derived from the tantras, is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously. In Yoga Nidra, sleep is not regarded as relaxation. Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

This course is designed for those wanting to learn and deepen their understanding of Yoga Nidra, whether as a yoga teacher or not. For those on the path of a teacher, this course will prepare you to teach and practice safely, successfully and compassionately.

Mode of Delivery
You can choose from three modes:
- Part-time: 10 sessions, once/week, 3-4 hrs each session + self study time
- Full-time: 5 days, 4-5 hrs/day + self study time

Pre-requisite
