We provide a traditional Hatha Yoga practice instilling strength, flexibility and grace, lead by Principal Yoga Teacher, Gail Robertson. She has practised yoga for almost 30 years with teaching experience in Australia and North America. She is trained in Ashtanga and Still Point Yoga, influenced by Sivananda, Kripalu and Kundalini. Gail is owner of Yoga Flows, a yoga studio in South Canberra.
