WINTER WELLNESS RETREAT 2017 - BALI

June 16th - June 22nd, 2017

A beautiful way to reset your body and mind with
nourishing food, luxury accommodation and surrounds.
Renew, restore, recharge and relax with daily yoga, movement, and meditation.

The retreat is set on the ocean with the yoga room overlooking the ocean. Spend the afternoon chilling by one of the two pools onsite, sipping a green smoothie, or take a surfing lesson followed by a massage in the Spa.

Includes all organic food, much is farmed off its own organic farm, stunning accommodation, daily yoga, movement, meditation, filtered water and one complimentary massage. Whilst there you will have full use of resorts facilities including two swimming pools, modern gym. There is a cafe to buy extra healthy snacks and a beauty salon if you would like extra attention.

Schedule / Itinerary

A typical day might look like this, day by day will vary. Somedays we will start later and add in some health based lectures where you can add to your knowledge.

6.30am Qi Gong/yoga to the sunrise

7am Yoga in the open air studio -90mins of Vinyasa style yoga. Get back in touch with your mind and body and learn how to connect the two. Expect to sweat, be challenged but modifications will always be offered, so all levels of fitness or understandings of yoga can participate.

8.30am Breakfast

9.30am Water therapy session in the 25m pool.

10.45am Morning tea of fresh smoothies and fruit

11am Guided meditation 30mins

12.30pm Lunch

Afternoons are for pool lazing, naps or taking a massage or a facial in the day spa.

6pm Dinner

8pm Yin Yoga 60 mins followed by Yoga Nidra where you will be lulled into a restoring sleep.
