Tracy's love of yoga began in 2004. When she started yoga, she admits she was mostly looking for a physical challenge. That was until the moment when she lifted her heart to the sky, grinned and realized there was SO much more to it!
She believes in making yoga accessible to everyone and uses her joyful, nurturing nature to do just that. Tracy's classes are based on the Hatha style of yoga with Pilates principles - building balance between body, mind and breath.
A graduate of the highly respected year-long (415hr) Qi Yoga Teacher Training Diploma and the 400hr Polestar Pilates Method Cert IV among others - Tracy emphasizes function, stability and introspection rather than aesthetic 'perfection', and her students are encouraged to work at their own pace and listen to their bodies for a safe and enjoyable practice.
Tracy is currently undertaking ongoing study in Yoga Therapy & Pilates Rehab in her quest to offer her students a highly personalized and healing experience of yoga.
