Stephanie Moody

Stephanie Moody

Stephanie has been practising yoga for over 14 years. Initially exploring her spiritual path in 1995 during a 7 month journey through India & Asia she became interested in Meditation and Buddhism, and following this did many silent meditation retreats in India, Thailand and Australia. This interest in mindfulness based practices naturally brought her to train and qualify as a yoga teacher in the Qi teacher training diploma. 

Stephanie now shares her knowledge and passion for Yoga and meditation/mindfulness based practices through her teaching, and has recently returned from a 1 month trip to India where she furthered her studies at a 10 day intensive Ashtanga retreat, as well as 2 weeks of yoga and yogic practices at Sivananda ashram. 

She brings a warmth and compassion to her classes and students and aims to encourage yoga practice as a way to develop strength, health and flexibility, but more importantly -as a way to become more present, balanced and joyful in life. Stephanie teaches Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa flow (Ashtanga) and meditation.
