The following information is for existing yoga teachers (those who have completed a minimum 200-hour teacher training course) looking to learn the Warm Variation sequence. Warm Variation can be a great asset to any yoga teacher wishing to offer students a gentle, relaxing and mindful class. This sequence is designed for a 26-degree climate, offering students a warm environment to work on their flexibility and poses, without the intensity of the elevated heat used in Hot Yoga.
To obtain the Warm Variation certificate with Peak Physique Hot Yoga:
A minimum 200-hour teacher training certificate is a prerequisite for this course
You will be required to attend a minimum of 2 Warm Variation classes at Peak Physique Hot Yoga for the 4-week duration of the course
You would be required to attend a total of 2 full days of tuition during the 4-week duration of the course (these are usually held on weekends and Friday nights to allow for flexibility with those who work full-time hours). Self practice and study is also required- this course is design to be flexible so you can learn at your own pace in your own time!
You would not be required to complete any theory learning (yoga philosophy, anatomy etc) because it is assumed that this has already completed in your previous training
We charge only $600 plus GST – Payment Option Available $700 plus GST paid over 3 months!
