Description
The following information is for existing yoga teachers (who have completed a minimum 200-hour teacher training course) looking to learn the Hot Blend sequence. Hot Blend is an intermediate to advanced sequence. A high- calorie burning workout that focuses on upper body strength and core muscle building, this class is perfect for students looking to challenge themselves! The course also teaches a deeper level of understanding regarding yogic philosophy, history and diet and how these can be applied to the modern western world. By better understanding these principals, teachers can help their students to improve not only their yoga practice, but also their general health.
To obtain the Hot Blend certificate with Peak Physique Hot Yoga:
A minimum 200-hour teacher training certificate is a prerequisite
This is a 40 Hour Course to receive full Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Certificate, another 40 Hour Peak Physique Hot Yoga Sequence Certificate will need to be obtained.
You are required to attend a minimum of 2 Hot Blend classes at Peak Physique Hot Yoga for the 4-week duration of the course. You are required to attend a total of 2 full days of tuition during the 4-week duration of the course (these are usually held on weekends and Friday nights to allow for flexibility with those who work full-time hours). Self practice and study is also required- this course is designed to be flexible so you can learn at your own pace and in your own time!
You would not be required to complete any theory learning (yoga philosophy, anatomy etc) because it is assumed that this has already been completed in your previous training
We charge only $600 plus GST – Payment Option Available $700 plus GST paid over 3 months!
