Take the opportunity to begin the year with an uplifting yoga experience.
Five 2-hour sessions will
emphasise the enjoyment within yoga. Incorporated in the practices will be: postures with breathing; stimulating sequences, yoga meditation and some mantra work . All with reference to the deeper elements of yoga practice.
These sessions are guided by two of Melbourne’s most senior practising yoga teachers – Peter Hockey and Richard Liddicut.
All to focus the mind and strengthen and enliven the physical — with a touch of creativity!
Individual differences and depth of experience will be acknowledged.

( The classes are designed to accommodate a pre-work option from 7.30 -8.30am.)
