Michelle Bourke from soulFull Yoga and wellness has been teaching meditation for 18 years. Join her in this 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course to see how simple meditating can be (nup, no chanting, crystals or yoga gear required!)
This 8-week course is based on the renowned Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme, taught in leading institutions worldwide, and originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at UMASS Medical College to support chronically ill patients who were not responding to to traditional treatments.
