Join Ondine Savage for a blissful 5-day Yoga Retreat to mark the start of spring at Mission Beach, Far North Queensland.
By immersing yourself in the practices of Yoga & Meditation over the five day stay, you will leave with a deep sense of peace and relaxation, the releasing of stress, a new level of awareness, inspiration and new priorities…
You will also have plenty of free time to explore and discover the beauty of this incredible coastline set in subtropical rainforest. Dare to do a night walk to learn more about the unique eco-system, discover the local beaches or go snorkelling around Great Barrier Reef.

Arrival Day- Friday 21 October
Shuttle bus pick up for all guests from Cairns airport at approx 1.15pm (exact time to be confirmed).
5-6.30pm: Welcome and first yoga class
Saturday 22 October to Tuesday 25 October
7.00-8.15am: Morning yoga – an invigorating yoga class to stretch, strengthen and cleanse.
11.00-12.30pm: Workshop or free time
1pm-5.30pm: Free time (relax by the pool, wander through the rainforest, walk to Brook’s beach, read a book, head into Mission Beach town…)
5.30-7.00pm: A more relaxing yoga class (Restorative Yoga, Nidra Yoga, Meditation class)
8.30: Movie or free evening
Departure Day- Wednesday 26 October
7.00-8.15am: Final yoga class
8.30am: Breakfast, then prepare for departure
Shuttle bus departure to Cairns airport no later than 10am
