Over half the population suffers from insomnia at some point and the good news is that there is a growing evidence base for yogic management. Charley has 10 years of yoga teaching experience and is a qualified yoga therapist with a keen interest in treating insomnia. She has a good understanding of the topic due to her own experiences as an insomniac in her younger years.
This will not just be a boring theory session, lots of moving, breathing and meditating included plus afternoon tea and a take home pack. Bring a mat, blanket, cushion and water bottle (if you don't have a mat, please let us know)
