Twisting is a very powerful movement, respecting and understanding that can help break bad habits and reduce that 'stuck' or 'twinge' feeling each time you turn. Come learn some neat ways to twist with more ease by exploring different yoga positions, breath work and meditation practices to assist release tension, improve posture, aid digestion and elimination.
