Welcome to Taylors Hill Natural Therapies Hatha Yoga school centre.




Our yoga school offers courses which enables students to leave their everyday stress and to stretch, move, breathe and meditate in a peaceful environment.




Our friendly teachers are qualified and have many years of teachng experience.




To ensure that your tuition is safe, enjoyable and of high standards, our class sizes have been restricted to a maximum of 10 students. This enables teachers to monitor, adjust and assist our students to achieve their objectives for practicing yoga with us. Our exciting Yoga courses are designed to nurture students from beginners to advance levels. The levels are designed for students to progress through conscious and experiential learning both in the classroom and in daily living




Hatha Yoga is the orginal form of physical Yoga from India, which is over 5,000 years old. Yoga means "union" of the mind, body, intellect and spirit. It is suitable for those searching for mind, body and spiritual balance, deep relaxation and increased vitality. Students will progressively learn the gentle Yoga postures called "Asanas", and develop their breath energy (Prana) through " Pranayama" practice. "Savasana" or deep relaxation/meditation techniques will be practiced at the end of each class to quieten and strengthen the mind, body and spirit.

Hatha Yoga practice enhances and frees the flow of Prana (Vital life energy/breath), oxygen, blood body fluids and spirtual energy. It helps to focus and clear the mind, rejuvenates the body and calms the spirit.




In our peaceful and nurturing environment you will be taught the ancient and practical Yogic techniques of: Pranayama; Mindful and controlled breathing, Asanas; Gentle and theraputic yogic postures, Savasana and Nidra; Meditation and deep relaxation




Booking with full payment is required as numbers are limited as there are only 11 students per class




($17 per class 10 classes prepaid per term)
