I truly believe Yoga is the key to health and happiness. My aim is to challenge and inspire you to find strength and balance both in your practice and in life; to be vibrant and centred in your mind and body. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and am a Certified Yoga Teacher (2 Years Teacher Training – 350 hours) and member of Yoga Australia.
All Levels are Welcome! In every class I provide options for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Practitioners. Props are provided where necessary so that all poses can be approached safely. Every body is different and at North Beach Yoga we adapt poses to suit all levels of experience and range.
