Cynthia has been working passionately with kids for more than 22 years.  Over this time she has made a positive difference in the lives of many children.

Completing her Diploma in Child Studies in 1992, she followed her dream and love of kids into the child care field, educating and nurturing for over 16 years.  It was during this time Cynthia became the mother of 3 beautiful daughters, Grace, Hannah and Molly, now aged 15, 12 and 11.

It was not long after having Grace that she attended her very first yoga class and the start of her amazing yoga journey begun.  Cynthia developed and explored her own practice over the next 11 years, while raising her girls and also introducing them to 'the other love of her life' ~ Yoga!

Realising the positive difference yoga made to her life, Cynthia embarked on a mission to join together her two passions; kids and yoga.

In 2011, Cynthia completed her kids yoga teacher training ~ Foundation and Advanced courses with Loraine Rushton of Zenergy Yoga and shortly after Connect Kids Yoga was born. Yoga 4 Kids has since been delivered to primary and secondary schools, day care and after school care centres.

In 2014, again with Zenergy Yoga, Cynthia trained in the Mastery Kids Yoga course, being 1 of only 12 in the world to complete this type of training.  Cynthia completed her 200 hour training in Purna Yoga at Byron Yoga Centre (RYS) in January 2015.

Yoga therapy is an area of passion for Cynthia and in May of this year she will complete her kids training in Yoga therapy.

Cynthia's passion for yoga and kids continues to grow and develop and  connect kids YOGA programs reflect this passion, enthusiasm and commitment to inspire kids to believe in and connect to their brightness within.
