Kundalini Yoga

We are pleased to announce the commencement of a new Kundalini Yoga class on Tues evening at 6.30pm with Debbie Robinson.  Debbie is a gifted and experienced yoga teacher.  

The class varies from week to week and has a profound effect on lightening your soul!  It incorporates music, sustained movement and voice.
