Change is hard especially when it comes to removing bad habits. We may really desire change, even have a vision of who we would prefer to be. But we may also have a fear of stepping into the unknown, and not have the right support surrounding us to make the changes required. Impatience can impede change too. We may have tried in the past and because the results weren't immediate, we lose interest and revert back to our old selves.
