At The Pure Yoga & Wellbeing Centre we are offering the Beginners Yoga Course structured in 6 weeks delivering the basic understanding about Yoga, Breathing, Meditation and Relaxation. This course is suitable for any new student or who would like to deepen their knowledge and refine their practice.



Week 1: Introduction to Yoga, Pranayama (breathing) and Bandhas

Week 2: Standing postures, Forward bends and twists

Week 3: Meditation, Relaxation  and Balance

Week 4: Hip and heart openers

Week 5: Introduction to arm – balances and inversions

Week 6: Introduction to Vinyasa – basic sequence with all together, slow pace and flowing.



6x 90 minutes class – course (value $180)
