Hello there
My name is Elizabeth Eva Ann Grolle
I am 35 years old and from London UK originally although these last years I have spent alot of time teaching in Asia and around Europe.
I have been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching for 10 years , for the last 5 years internationally.
Have taught in ibiza at ibiza yoga , in italy at insabina and at the golden buddha resort in thailand so far this year as well as teaching workshops at evolve in south kensington london and most recently at its yoga helsinki finland.
I would be happy to relocate to austrailia for up to 6 months to start with.
I am trained and well versed in most styles , most recently trained with briony and dice from Absolute / Equinox Yoga .
I have also completed 100 hours in advance rocket training .
And 100 hours in advanced yin yoga chakra therapy and meditation.
I am training in 200 hr advanced yoga with anna sugarman in thailand in feb 2015 too.
As well as learning lots of new styles my background is from the more ashtanga and classical yoga route including yin , dharmma mittra , jivamukti and restorative yoga.
Have Vast experience teaching privates and one to one / specialist yoga coaching
vast experience leading retreats workshops and courses also around the world.
I am currently represented by Shenshakti Studios in Belgravia.
My classes are fun and inspiring
I love teaching all different styles of yoga and can teach from super beginner to super advanced
Am also great working with sports professionals and any special needs , medical issues , specific requirements

Elizabeth came to yoga about 15 years ago now having trained as a dancer she felt exhausted by the age of 20 and was looking for a practice to heal the body mind and spirit ...Having lost both her parents the spiritual nomadic path of the yogi seemed to make sense somehow ...She trained with Danny Paradise , Leela Miller , Edward Clark Michael Gannon . Jonathan Monks , Norman Blair and Ryan Spielman back in the early days . Elizabeth also spent time in India training with various Swamis and Sadhus along the way . About 6 years ago Elizabeth Started practicing with Stewart Gilchrist in Satyagraha Yoga Asana and there she found her teacher . Other recent teachers include Craig Procter , Mark Kan and Eileen Gaulthier and Anna Sugarman. Having spent several seasons now teaching in Thailand at The Golden Buddha Resort on the remote island of Koh Phra Thong Elizabeth is a guest teacher here , alongside teaching at Vikasa Yoga Studios on Koh Samui Thailand and most recently she taught at ABSOLUTE SANCTUARY in Thailand where she also trained with Briony and Dice BRYCE Yoga of the famous Equinox Yoga you tube clips . Elizabeth also completed 100 hours of advanced rocket training this year with Its Yoga Thailand and is certified to teach all 3 rocket yoga sequences and most recently has qualified in teaching advanced yin yoga and chakra therapy. Elizabeth is also a certified thai yoga massage Therapist and attuned to give reiki tummo healing level 3 shing chi 9. Elizabeth has taught internationally around Europe and Asia.

I am a newly qualified vinyasa and power yoga instructor and I have been practising yoga personally for a few years now! Doing my 200Hr yoga teacher training last year was the best decision I ever made! Yoga has become a significant part of my lifestyle and outlook on life.
