Join Simon Low for a wonder-filled yoga start to the year. A week of yoga practice and study for body, breath and mind to revitalise the spirit of refreshment and renewal, recovery and rest, while setting supportive intentions and establishing intelligent directions for a happy and healthy year ahead, on and off the mat.
Each day will include a predominantly yang morning practice with afternoon yin and restorative yoga. Throughout the week we will share, chant, come together for meditation and benefit from study sessions to deepen your yoga knowledge and experience, especially in the fields of anatomy and physiology, psychology and philosophy.
The rest of the day allows time to enjoy the beautiful beach right in front of Samahita Retreat, the nearby temple, the numerous local beaches and attractions, and of course to benefit from the many therapies available at the Samahita wellness and detox centre.
For those of you wishing to extend your yoga time with Simon a further 6 days, on Jan 11-17 Simon will be leading a retreat at the amazing all-floating lake destination at Khao Sok, deep into the rainforest of the National Park. Those of you wishing to join Simon for this retreat can travel with him to the lake on Monday 11th January. You would thus need to book an extra night at Samahita, or elsewhere, on Jan 10th. For further details and to book the Jan 11-17 Jungleyoga retreat, please visit www.simonlow.com
