Thursday intermediate level class 7 - 8.30pm suited for people with yoga experience
Saturday open level gentle class 9 - 10.30am all welcome including beginners & pregnant ladies.
Book in for the remainder of the term at $15 / $12 concession per class OR attend casually for $17 / $14 concession
The class includes classical asanas (physical exercises) both passive and dynamic that will build strength and increase flexibility in the body; you will be guided to practice safely and begin to experience their deeper benefits on the nervous system, internal organs and glands, and the mind.
The class also incorporates relaxation, pranayam (breathing exercises) and meditation. The meditation practices are based on Self Enquiry Meditation techniques including mantra, breath work, visualization, concentration, self reflection and self enquiry.
