Gabrielle Earls teaches this 6 week course for those interested in learning the foundations of yoga. Each week will help to build your foundation towards a deeper practice by exploring the poses (asanas), breath (pranayama) and relaxation/meditation. At the end of the six-weeks you will have an understanding of the principles of yoga.
