A boutique yoga studio specialising in pre and post natal yoga in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

Our specially-designed classes help to bring strength, flexibility and calm into your journey of motherhood. Our teachers are all experienced and trained in pre and post natal yoga so you are in very good hands during this important stage of your lives.

Our classes are suitable for women before, during and after pregnancy and are also suited to beginners to yoga. We aim to support a healthy, balanced approach to your important role as a mama.

We run regular workshops to support and encourage both women and their partners during pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Casual/drop-in classes: $20 or 10 Pass Class: $170. No bookings required.

SPECIAL NEW STUDENT OFFER: 3 Classes for only $35 - to be used within 4 weeks. Valid at all classes excluding workshops and pilates.
