Welcome to Yoga Flame – Melbourne’s home of Hot, Flow and Yin Yoga.

We’re ‘not just hot’ – at Yoga Flame we offer 5 different styles of yoga to suit both complete beginners and seasoned practitioners. Open 7 days a week with over 36 classes to choose from, our two spacious studios are a ‘home away from home’ for many students.

Find the class that’s right for you with our introductory offer: ten days of unlimited classes for only $20. Which class to choose? In addition to our signature Hot Yoga, we offer Power Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Basics and Yin Yoga.

Hot Yoga

Our signature class! Hot Yoga increases strength and flexibility across all areas of the body while the heat allows you to detox, open and transform. The basic structure of each class remains the same; however the sequences will vary to keep your practice fresh and challenging.

34 degrees. Perfect for both beginners and the seasoned practitioner

Power Flow

Using the sun salutation as its base Power Flow will allow you to explore and deepen your practice. A dynamic vinyasa class that integrates a perfect balance of strengthening and stretching. Ideal for those who enjoy an energetic class that will sculpt the body and strengthen the mind.

Yoga Basics

Whether you are new to yoga and want a slow paced class to learn the basics or have been practicing for a while and want to refine your postures- this is the class for you!  During this complete practice we will explore alignment and purpose – giving you the tools to confidently join any class on our schedule.

24 degrees. Perfect for both beginners and the seasoned practitioner

Vinyasa Flow

An uplifting flow class that celebrates the movement of energy connected to the breath. Great for those who prefer a more fluid vinyasa class. Each practice is an expression of the teachers focus for the day so have fun and explore your potential!

Yin Yoga

Balance is important in every aspect of life so take some time each week to slow down. This class will invite you to take a moment and enjoy long deep stretches that will release both mental and physical tension.  Emerge feeling relaxed and renewed.
