Join Jenny Segail Thursday September 22nd for a celebration of the Spring equinox and the balance of Day and Night in the seasonal calendar.
The Spring vernal equinox marks the first day of the astronomical spring a point in the seasonal year where you may already notice the upsurge of restive energy that heralds spring, the acceleration that is the basis of spring fever, our cellular response to this rapid rise. This practice is bringing us into alignment with what to expect and how to harness the energy of this season - here we are on the verge of something BIG – the season of strength and renewal.
