First Aid & CPR

Steve Allan is an accredited First Aid trainer with Surf Life Saving NSW, and an experienced yoga teacher who brings a unique insight and relevance to this industry approved training. Required to be re-sat for most industries every 3 years, this course is particularly suited to yoga teachers, health practitioners and parents. This course offers the right criteria for anyone who requires a First Aid  or CPR Certificate for their work.

First Aid: For participants who have never completed a Senior First Aid course OR their certificate is out of date an online work book  will need to compete a pre course workbook online. Details given on enrollment. In this way the training can be condensed into one day.

Participants who need to complete the Senior First Aid reaccreditation/update; only need to attend the face-to-face workshop (ie no workbook required).

CPR: Your full First Aid certificate is valid for 3 years, but most industries require a CPR update every 12 months. This update takes approximately 2 hours, and can be covered between 9.30am - 11:00 pm. CPR is available as the full course or as update only
